FTP Initial Site Configuration

On this form you do some initial site setup.

Choose a hostname. The hostname you choose forms part of your site address. If you are The Acme Company You could enter "acme". This gives you a site addresses like http://acme.ftpstream.com and an FTP hostname acme.ftpstream.com

If you need http://ftp.acme.com, you can add this later, once the setup completes, go to the site properties tab on the control panel and note your IP address. Then setup a host record in your domain pointing at this IP.

Enter a password for the FTP login admim. The admin login is special as it has access to the home folders for your customer logins.

If you have subscribed to Virus Checking you can enable / disable warniong messages and enter a recipient address. If you have subscribed to Automations you can enable / disable reports and notices generated by automatic delete rules.
