Uservoice – Functionality cookie

When you visit our website the Uservoice cookie is set to enable you to interact with the Uservoice service should you wish to do so. This cookie does not collect any information other than the IP address unless and until you interact with the service. If you interact with Uservoice, it will collect your email address, the date and time of your input, Quatrix account name, and browser details and any user generated content (such as ideas, comments and feedback) which you input into it. We collect and use this as necessary for our legitimate interests in recording and implementing feedback.

We keep this information for up to 12 months, but you can always ask for it to be removed by contacting us. If you don't submit anything through Uservoice it won't collect any information other than the IP address and this information will be deleted shortly after the leave the website.
