On login as an account owner or billing administrator you can decrease the number of users in your account by using the following steps:

  1. Click the Upgrade button at the top right of your account and type in the number of user licences on the Upgrade account dialogue.

    Please note that you may need to delete some users on the Manage Users sub-tab to get the intended reduced number. 

  2. Click Next and on the Payment dialogue click Ok. 

Your account is downgraded immediately.

Please keep in mind if you have already paid for Quatrix and want to downgrade your account within the month, your account will be downgraded but your money won't be returned back!
