Your Quatrix trial account is suspended after 14 days of usage. If you don't upgrade your account within this period, it will be automatically suspended. To unsuspend it, you should contact our Quatrix Customer Care or call one of the numbers below.

Your Quatrix account is suspended 7 days after the expiry date. To unsuspend it go to the Billing tab of your account and pay an outstanding invoice. 

Your account becomes unsuspended as soon as the payment is received. Please note that the Billing tab is accessible only to the account owners or billing administrators. Read here on details how to create a user with billing permissions.
