What's new 🎉:

• IP restrictions per user - in addition to setting IP restrictions on the account level, it is now possible to add IP restrictions per user.
  
  
• Export filtered users - administrators can export users that are filtered with all active columns in the Settings. Exports are in CSV format.
   

Improvements💫:

• Redesigned the form for adding automations which now clearly displays Source and Destination sections. 
  
• The dropdown results for Source and Destination remote sites are displayed in alphabetical order.
• Validation improvements of the credit card information on the Payment Details form.
• The Invoice Details form has been enhanced with properly aligned elements.
• The execution history record contains a unique ID in the URL. Log details of the selected automation run can be opened in a separate window.
• The File info section on the sidebar view has been improved. The preview is added to allowed files.
• The Share files form is enhanced with the bulk recipient deletion feature that allows to delete the whole list of recipients at once by clicking on the Clear all button.
• The storage amount on both the Account Details tab and on the Profile pop-up is updated each time they are opened.

Bug fixes 🐞:

• Users received a misleading message on the PGP key generation email after clicking on the expired link.
• The credit card expiry date editing exhibited incorrect behaviour. After editing, the cursor automatically jumped to the end of the date, rendering the updating of the month impossible.
• The Cut and Paste option didn't work properly.
• Incorrect behaviour of the download icons when the user hovered over files in the grid view on the download page.
• Users couldn't edit or delete linked automations on the Remote Site Information form.
• When the user uploaded a folder with a large number of empty files, the status bar didn't show the actual progress of uploading. 
• Fixed style leaking issue for pop-overs and drop-downs.

v1.159 - 20 February 2024 - Microsoft Azure Files Storage as remote site

What's new 🎉:

• Microsoft Azure Files Storage is now available in the list of our supported remote site types. You can easily set up your preferred external workflows between Quatrix and Microsoft Azure Files Storage.

• Users can activate or deactivate several automation rules at the same time by using corresponding icons from the top menu.
• Time indication 'within 24 hours' while setting up password was removed from the new user email and password reset request.
• The Subscribe user to Project Folders form is updated with a new text when it displays empty search results.
• The status of a running automation changes automatically when it was stopped. 
• Error text improvements while inserting a folder into a subfolder.
• Notification improvements when the user activated or deactivated several automations.

Bug fixes 🐞:

• Incorrect display of the Empty Trash button after the refreshing of the Trash folder.

What's new 🎉:

• Besides setting up workflows for copying, moving and syncing files in external automations, users can create a new workflow for automatic deletion of files on remote sites. Learn more.

• Running automations can be stopped which is suitable for transferring large volumes of files.
  

• Users can add a temporary suffix to files that will mark those files that are partially uploaded. When the upload is complete, files with temporary names will have original names. If it fails, incomplete files will be deleted.
  

Improvements💫:

• The sidebar menu is redesigned which makes Quatrix more intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
  
  
• Users can easily find what they need in the improved search inside drop-down lists.
• Deleted users are shown in the list on the Activity Log tab, logs can be filtered by a deleted user.

• Remote Agent version updates:
  - Users will now receive updates for the Remote Agent version.
  - Updates will include information about the importance of the updates (minor changes, critical updates).
  - Users can easily update their Remote Agent to the latest version via contacting the sales or support team who will provide them with the appropriate version.
