There are 3 possible scenarios for the account deletion:
your 14-day free trial ended and if you don't initiate the further upgrade, it will be deleted in 14 days.
your account was suspended and you want to stop using it, the account as well as the stored data will be deleted in 28 days after the account suspension.
if you would like to delete your account, send a request to our support team. It will be immediately deleted and can't be restored.
No refunds will be offered on canceled subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions.
