Only an account owner or administrator can deactivate users in the Quatrix account.
Follow the steps below to deactivate a user:
Go to the Manage Users sub-tab.
Click on the the user you want to deactivate and clear the Active check box.
Click on the Save button.
Inactive users don't have permission to log in to Quatrix account and they are greyed out in the list of users. If you deactivate the user, their files and folders won't be removed and you can reactivate them later.
If you delete the user from your Quatrix account, all their files and folders will be deleted.
