Each login is jailed inside their home folder and can't see files and folders outside. You can give users access to folders outside of their home tree using Shared Folders.
The Share Name is used to identify the share in the listing on this page and is the name of the folder listed on the target.
Click on Change to select the folder to share from the tree.
Set the permissions that will apply to the share on the target.
Tick the check boxes against logins or login groups to enable the share.
